3. Deliveries and shipping
How long does UK delivery take?
Orders are normally scheduled for dispatch within 48 hours of being received and processed. UK orders are sent using Parcelforce Express24 and are usually delivered within one working day of dispatch, by close of business. Delivery may take longer during busy periods. Oversized orders may also require additional dispatch time or an alternative courier service.
How much does UK delivery cost?
Standard UK delivery costs £6.95 including VAT for orders under £100. Consumer orders of £100 or more, including VAT, qualify for free UK delivery.
Can I track my GM order?
Yes. Tracking information will be added to your order once it has been dispatched. Visit our Track Order page and enter the tracking number provided to check the latest delivery status.
4. Returns and refunds
Can I return an item?
Yes. Returns must be registered by emailing [email protected]. Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. We do not currently offer exchanges or free returns.
How do I request a return or refund?
Email [email protected] with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. Do not send the item back until your return has been approved, and use a tracked postal or courier service when returning it.
What should I do if my item is faulty or arrives damaged?
Contact us with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs. Claims for items damaged in transit must be submitted within seven days of delivery.
